For the key departments of the party, Unified Socialist appoints heads and deputy chiefs

For its key departments, the CPN (Unified Socialist) has appointed its leaders as chiefs and deputy chiefs.

The party designated leadership positions for 33 core departments in its presentation on January 27. veteran leaders Dr. Beduram Bhusal and Dr. Bijay Poudel were designated as deputy chiefs, while veteran leader Jhala Nath Khanal was chosen as the Chief of the Party School Department.

Ramchandra Yadav has been named Deputy Chief of the Organization Department, while Dr. Beduram Bhusal has been appointed Chief. The Foreign Affairs Department has appointed Pramesh Hamal as its chief. Pramod Sharma has been named Deputy Chief of the State Affairs Department, while senior leader Ghanendra Basnet has been named Chief.

The Publicity Department will be headed by Party Vice Chairman Prakash Jwala, with Deputy Chiefs Damodar Aryal and Chamina Bhattarai. Jagannath Khatiwada, the party’s vice chairman, has been named head of the department of federal and provincial affairs.

Ashesh Ghimire is the Deputy Chief of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, which is now led by Party General Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal. The position of Chief of the Parliamentary Affairs Department has been filled by Garima Shah. Uday Bahadur Bohara has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Education Department, while Party Secretary Sabitra Bhusal has been named Chief.

Som Pandey, the party secretary, has been appointed head of the department of economic affairs. Nirmal Subedi and Nabaraj Subedi have been designated as Deputy Chiefs, while Keshab Lal Shrestha has been designated as the Chief of the Cooperative Department.

In a similar vein, Dr. Chandramani Adhikari has been named Deputy Chief and Dr. Bijay Poudel has been named Chief of the Economic Planning Department. Hansha Bahadur Shahi has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Tourism Department, while Jeewan Ram Shrestha has been appointed Chief.

Chunu KC is the Deputy Chief of the Agriculture and Land Reform Department, which is headed by Hari Parajuli. The Physical Infrastructure and Transport Department now has Ramchandra Jha as its Chief and Gambhir Lal Shrestha as its Deputy Chief.

Meena Lama and Dr. Sita Dhungana are the Deputy Chiefs, while Kalyani Khadka is the Chief of the Local Level Department. The Health Department’s new chief, Dr. Banshidhar Mishra, will be joined by Radha Silwal as deputy chief.

The Chief of the National Interest and Security Department is Sadhya Bahadur Bhandari. As the head of the Water Resources Department, Dr. Krishna Pant has been appointed. Ambika Thapa and Bhawani Khadka have been named Deputy Chiefs of the Election Department, while Dilu Pant has been named Chief.

Kul Prasad Phuyal has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Law Department, while Dr. Deuman Sambahamphe has been appointed Chief.

The Party’s Social Welfare Department now has Niradevi Jairu as its Chief and Manju Yadav as its Deputy Chief. The Disaster Management Department has appointed Rajendra Man Shrestha as its Chief and Bhaskar Kafle as its Deputy Chief.

Rukmati Jagari is the Deputy Chief of the Consumer Rights Department, which is headed by Prof. Dr. Indu Acharya. The new head of the Labor and Employment Department is Sudesh Parajuli. Shankar Pokharel has been appointed Chief of the Department of Science and Technology. The department in charge of drinking water and sanitation has appointed Chiranjivi Acharya as its chief.

Rita Awal has been named Deputy Chief of the Sports Department, while Dev Singh Mahata has been appointed Chief. The position of Chief of the Department of Urban Development has been given to Krishna Prasad Khanal. Ambika Thapa has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Forest and Environment Department, while Bijay Gurung has been appointed Chief.

Goma Timilsina has been named Deputy Chief of the Industry and Commerce Department, while Parmananda Bhatt has been appointed Chief. The position of Chief of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development has been given to Hom Budhathoki. As the head of the department of literature and culture, Ramesh Ranjan Jha has been assigned duties.
